# Using the Test Creator

There are two ways of working with Test Creator:

1. **Step Mode -** a UI-based drag-and-drop editor with autocompletion;
2. **Script Mode -** a web-based IDE for direct script editing. 

Both ways of editing conform to a defined set of [commands](https://docs.moropo.com/creating-tests/commands).
